These terms outline how we deliver services and the responsibilities of families and students.

Agreement document
Bookings

Sessions are confirmed by email once scheduling is agreed. Please review the confirmation details and notify us of any changes within 24 hours.

Payments

Payment is due prior to the session date. We accept card payments and bank transfers.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be rescheduled once. Late cancellations are subject to a fee.

Participation

Parents or guardians are expected to provide accurate information and support students in completing any take-home tasks.
